Throughout 2023, OCU Group has been experiencing a sustained period of growth and expansion.Due to this and our continued work winning success, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Administrator to join our team based in Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career path and join a growing business, learning about every aspect of Commercial administration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administration of contract records.
- Weekly track sheet, Validation, valuations, and data uploads to client system.
- Assist with reconciliation of cost.
- Assist with the preparation of subcontract payments.
- Maintain and update subcontractor information and contractual arrangements.
- Assisting with the production of financial and statistical reports as required.
- Preparation of timesheets for operatives.
- Preparation of audit backup information.
- Help to ensure commercial records are accurately maintained with respect to direct labour, subcontractors, plant, material, consumable and administration costs, and project valuation.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including directors.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Especially Excel).
- Selfmotivated and enthusiastic.
- Great attention to detail.
