As Programme Lead within the Global Safety Assurance (GSA) Team, you will own the end-to-end scoping, planning, sequencing and delivery of a programme of work to achieve Reckitt's ambition to become a leader of the pack for the safety of consumers and the environment.

Part of the overall transformation includes the implementation of new capabilities and improvements to existing processes delivered via a new CARA platform provided by Generis and corporate safety risk governance framework.

The role will lead the design, build, deployment and transition to BAU of a programme of works across relevant Reckitt functions ensuring alignment with and enablement of business processes.


You are great at executing Transformational change, working with and through others and cross functionally to translate high level objectives into clear deliverables and defined change.

Responsibilities include (working in partnership with the senior business sponsor):


  • Own and define the high level and detailed scope and roadmap/plans including prioritisation, clearly defined outcomes and success measures (agreed with the sponsor)
  • Lead alignment with process improvement and ensure integration with all relevant GSA/R&D processes
  • Identify and manage overlaps & dependencies between initiatives within both GSA Transformation and Reckitt more broadly
  • Report progress, benefits/costs and key RAID items in line with the broader programme
  • Identify and engage all key stakeholders to ensure timely input into design and implementation
  • Impact assess all changes and determine and execute relevant and appropriate change management activities and business readiness plans to operationalise, embed and handover to BAU
  • Determine and deliver the communications plan for the workstream and integrate with the broader Transformation plan
