Role Purpose


Revenue is the lifeblood of a business, and in today's highly competitive market, it is essential to have scalable Revenue functions.

The Revenue Operations Specialist plays a critical role in enabling sustainable growth by ensuring that operating excellence is driven through the Revenue teams.


Whether you're improving data governance, creating business analytics models, or streamlining key processes, you'll be at the forefront of driving positive change.

You'll be the 'go-to' contact for all things related to process, data, and system management, and by leveraging your expertise in data analysis and insights, you'll be a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing them with valuable information that will drive their decision-making and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Role Accountabilities

  • Building out the responsibilities of the Revenue Operations Specialist from scratch, in the first role of its kind within the business.
  • Administration of the company CRM (Salesforce); owning the relationship with external Salesforce consultant; creation and enforcement of robust policies for optimum use of CRM; ensuring excellent data integrity within CRM; continuous evolution in pursuit of best practices.
