This role will be an integral part of Swiss Re's EU Infrastructure Debt team working in close collaboration with the investment team as part of the Middle Office Markets & Investment Services Team.
This challenging role offers an excellent development opportunity and allows building a deep knowledge of Swiss Re Asset Management's organisation and responsibilities.
We work in a growing environment and are required to demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and autonomy in daily work.Your main tasks are:
- Provide indepth operational assessment for potential deals in the pipeline
- Take responsibility for asset waivers and amendments process, drafting recommendation memorandums for each event
- Review ongoing infrastructure asset reporting (financials, technical reports, compliance, certificates etc) and assess credit quality implications
- Perform KYC process in line with regulatory requirements
- Ensure operational readiness, leading the endtoend funding process, including operational set up, cash funding and approvals
- Act as a key point of contact internally and externally with agent banks and respond to ad hoc requests and enquiries
- Support monthly infrastructure loan valuation determination across individual assets
About the Team
The Middle Office Markets & Investment Services Team forms part of Asset Management's Middle Office, a core component of the Chief Operating Office.
In your role, you will provide business manager support with a primary focus on infrastructure loans.
You will be a key contact for all internal stakeholders and external parties and become an integral part of AM's Infrastructure Finance team and their day-to-day operations.
About You
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with an attention to detail, strong academic analytical and financial background, who wants to take an active role in infrastructure finance deal execution, portfolio monitoring and ongoing asset management duties.
- Previously worked in asset management, portfolio management, loan administration space in a bank or asset management platform with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Is highly motivated to learn about investment management in the context of re/insurance.
- Specific focus on infrastructure loans
- Previous experience in a large corporate environment
