Description

Our client is seeking a full time, residential property manager to work within their busy block management department based in Rugby.


The role will be based predominantly in head office, Where they pride themselves in providing a professional service to their clients.

The salary will be based on relevant experience and training will be given to achieve ARLA & IRPM qualifications.

This client are not looking for an entrant into the property sector at this time, A background in property administration or previous experiencein property management is ideally required.


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Some Evenings for AGMs

Experience:

Property Management: 2 years (preferred)

  • Great attention to detail, Organisation and Prioritisation.
  • Ability to organise and run face to face meetings with Clients
