We are looking for Support Workers for our prestigious care home client in Brooke.
Pay Scale:
Up to £10.10 per hour

Responsibilities:
As a valued member of the care family, you'll work within the care home environment delivering high-quality to the residents.
Working as part of the care team, you'll recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, as well as, contributing to care planning and coaching support workers.
With an emphasis on high quality, the purpose of the role is to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.
