North Lincolnshire Council is looking to appoint a Historic Environment Record Assistant to contribute to the Natural & Historic Environment Team's work to protect, sustain and enhance North Lincolnshire's historic environment.


The job
This is an exciting opportunity to work for the protection and promotion of North Lincolnshire's unique built heritage.

Working within the team, your role is to support the Historic Environment Officer in the successful delivery and maintenance of a Historic Environment Record for North Lincolnshire.

You will use the Historic Environment Record (HER) databases, GIS datasets and supporting material as an efficient, reliable and accessible resource for the work of the Natural & Historic Environment Team and wider Council, other organisations and the general public in line with the Council's service objectives, service level agreements and national policy.


This post involves travel to sites throughout the area and further afield on occasion therefore you must be able to meet the transport requirements.
