Head of Operations - Supported Living


The Heuristic Group have been given a fantastic opportunity to work in partnership with a leading support provider in Shropshire in their search for a Head of Operations.


Our client are a progressive, forward thinking organisation that provide person centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health issues, due to recent growth and increased demand for services across Shropshire they are now looking to add an experienced individual to their senior management team.


So what will you be responsible for

  • Operational oversight of all current and new projects across Shropshire.
  • Direct line management of all operational staff and processes.
  • Identifying areas of improvement and implementing operational change.
  • Planning and mobilisation of new services upon contract award.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with Local Authorities and clients families.
  • Maintaining staff and client wellbeing.
  • You have obtained your NVQ/QCF Level
  • Previously held a registration with CQC.
  • Worked within a similar operational role for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Have a proven track record of operating good/outstanding CQC services.
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
  • You truly understand and appreciate the importance of our support staff and service users.


To be successful in this role our client understands that you will need to be given the autonomy to make decisions and operational changes, which they support wholeheartedly.

£50,000.00 per year
