An enhanced DBS check will need to be carried out when working on certain sites. If you don't have one you will be expected to sort one at your own expense. (Around £70)

We are looking for a fully qualified electrician, or a improver/mate who is in their final year of qualifications to assist and work alongside our evening shift electricians, carrying out a full rewire and fire alarm at a school in Croydon.

Our jobs are rolling so once this school is completed we will roll on to the next one in the South East/NW Kent.

Our working weeks are 5 days long, with 8 hour shifts, Mon-Fri night. Occasionally the days will change due to events at the school but this is what we aim for. 4pm-midnight.

You should be confident in metal containment, and 1st and 2nd fixing. Testing is not essential and can be taught alongside our testers on site.

You will be required to make your own way to job sites, or meet one of the electrician's locally so you can travel in the vans.

OFTEN, OUR WORK IN IS PUBLIC BUILDINGS, OFFICES, SCHOOLS ETC THAT ARE OPERATIONAL DURING THE DAY. OUR HOURS REFLECT THAT, AND CAN BE BETWEEN 4PM-4AM, ESPECIALLY DURING SCHOOL TERM TIME. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO OCCASIONALLY WORK THESE SHIFTS.
