These can all be found on the Trusts website.3. Champion the FBI Strategy priorities and objectives, ensuring that professional contribution is clearly aligned to Trust priorities and objectives.4.

To assist with the coordination and facilitation of delivery of the trusts business planning which includes, production of a suite of high quality clinical and operational strategies and plans, and Integrated Business Plan and meeting internal and external deadlines.5.

Maintain a system for monitoring and reporting of delivery against the operational plan.6.

To produce, maintain and coordinate on the delivery of the organisations operational plan to include engagement with services and stakeholders, produce all formal and governance reporting, reporting timetables so as to provide assurance to the Executive Team, board sub committees and Trust Board.7.

Maintain the system for monitoring and reporting of delivery against the operational plan and support the continuous improvement in the business development processes of the Trust.8.

To maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders including service managers.9.


Lead on the creation, maintenance and responsible for the Healthroster system for FBI Directorate which covers rosters, annual leave, sickness and leave entitlements.10.

Support the Lead Planning and Business Frameworks Manager with meetings and workshops with corporate and operational teams to develop strategic frameworks.11.

Responsible for the line management of the FBI Administrator and the Planning and Business Framework officer and for their development and performance.12.

Cover for team members as and when necessary, including the Lead Planning and Business Frameworks Manager where appropriate.13.

Support with communication of complex and sensitive business/ service information.14.

Support with ensuring that all statutory frameworks, reporting, compliance and standards are operated and adhered to, and that products are high quality and delivered in a timely manner.15.

Lead, implement and maintain the BAU FBI Framework system in support of the teams reporting obligations by ensuring that the deadlines for formalreporting are met.16.

Preparing and monitoring of processes that evaluate, implement and maintain business planning control and systems policies and procedures this impacts beyond their own area as has an effect on organisational strategies.17.

Provides training or assistance to service users in all aspects of business development and planning as well as the development and training of LCHS managers to disseminate' good business practice
