Job description

We currently have a position coming available to work with a school in the Nuneaton area. This position will be between 30 and 37.5 hours a week

Main Duties:
Assisting the teacher in the classroom during curriculum time.

Using set programs of study and also deliver a range of OSHL, (Out Of School Hours Learning) extracurricular activities at lunch times and maybe after school.

Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant
- getting the classroom ready for lessons.
- listening to children read, reading to them or telling them stories.
- helping children who need extra support to complete tasks.
- helping teachers to plan learning activities and complete records.
- supporting teachers in managing class behaviour.
