Description
TREND Networks have an exciting new position available for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to optimize our supply chain.


Main objectives:


  • To work as part of a team to support the Head of Supply Chain to ensure business objectives are met and maintained in both the UK and the wider global business.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the monthly inventory planning process to ensure uninterrupted supply whilst minimising the cash tied up in working capital.
  • Monitoring stock levels across various locations and escalating accordingly.
  • Create & amend purchase orders.
  • Monitor and report on supplier performance including On Time In-Full & quality.
  • Monitor and report on the business performance including On Time In-Full.
  • Supplier Audits.
  • Logistics managing both inbound and outbound freight and courier services.
  • Monitor & maintain compliance with WEEE and other regulations where applicable.
  • Ensure TREND is up to date with the latest environmental regulations & be aware of any forthcoming.
  • Assist with data collection for ESG.
  • Reconcile consigned stock file.
  • Consolidating Purchase Price Variances (PPV).
  • Excess material review.
  • Sourcing.
  • Build Standards.
  • Create and maintain department processes and work instructions.
  • Liaise and collaborate with Finance, suppliers and various other internal stakeholders.

Location
This role is based in High Wycombe.

We are in the process of moving to a fantastic new company Headquarters and once we have moved in, we will be working 4 days in the office and one day from home.

This role requires travel to our USA facility and suppliers in Europe and Asia.
