Recra are working in partnership with a prestigious engineering technology company based in Coventry, who is looking for an EDM Spark Eroder to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for the right engineer to join a great engineering company.


The Role of EDM Spark Eroder:
The company is looking for an experienced EDM spark eroder to work within a very demanding but rewarding environment.


Duties of EDM Spark Eroder:


  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical diagrams.
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment at all times.
  • Providing feedback to team leaders and shop floor staff to highlight any technical issues or potential risks.
  • Help drive technology and cuttingedge manufacturing techniques.

Requirements of EDM Spark Eroder:


  • Ideally experienced working on Sodick or Wire Erosion machines, but training will be provided.
  • Leadership skills are desirable.
  • Good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible approach to workload and business requirements.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • From an engineering background.

Job Details:

Hours:Monday-Friday - 7:30-16:30pm

Salary:Great hourly rate available depending on experience
  • Negotiable.
