Credit Controller
The role of the Credit Controller will be responsible for assisting the Finance Manager and Finance Director. A strong emphasis on quality, honesty and always providing the highest possible standards is a must.


Core responsibilities include:

Credit Control - maintaining weekly record of aged receivables, sending statements and following up with phone calls


Sending statements and following up with phone calls to ensure all invoices have been received by each client and chasing those overdue.


Liaising with Finance Team Leader re overdue accounts beyond 60 days.


Processing remittance advices
received and updating credit control data.


Dealing with PCNs, recording, notifying the driver, making payment where necessary and notifying Finance Director re payroll deductions.


Uploading sales invoices to client online portals.


Processing supplier invoices, ie checking correct and forwarding to hubdoc.


Providing cover for Finance Team Leader during absences, ie annual leave or sickness. Training would be provided.


Any other tasks as required by the business.

Salary:
£12.50 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 21 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
