Acorn Technology is working with a leading Public Sector body who are embarking on a significant Digital Transformation companywide in Wales to find a Senior Service Designer.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with creative backgrounds to move into an exciting area of IT.


Essential experience:

  • User centreddesign deliverables, for example service blueprints, user flows, process flows and site maps
  • Leading community of practice activities
  • Mentoring and coaching designers across the usercentred design profession
  • Working in an agile, multidisciplinary team environment; able to deliver iterative design components as part of a project team
  • Experience in writing plain English content that is accessible, usable and complies with GDS writing style
