The Protective Care Group offers bespoke, tailor-made support services to the families of children or young adults with severe and complex needs.

Requirements:

We're a collaborative and busy bunch and we have fun, but we do get the job done.

As we grow things will change, so be ready to roll your sleeves up and get involved with what needs to be done.


You will have experience in both payroll software and MS Excel, have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.


Our Payroll Coordinator will:


  • Process timely monthly payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.
  • Maintain accurate payroll data, in line with data protection regulations.
  • Assist the finance manager with yearend payroll activities, including P60s and tax reporting.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management review.
  • Stay uptodate with UK payroll legislation and make necessary adjustments to payroll processes.
  • Complete any other payroll or finance related tasks as and when required.

Knowledge/experience:


  • Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll regulations and processes.
  • A CIPP or suitable alternative qualification is desirable.
