Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Oversee human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Utilise QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and visitors
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Lead and motivate the office team towards achieving set goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office management role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks and other office software
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Ability to manage clerical tasks efficiently
- Experience in team management and supervision
