Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Oversee human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Utilise QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and visitors
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
  • Lead and motivate the office team towards achieving set goals

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in an office management role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using QuickBooks and other office software
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
  • Ability to manage clerical tasks efficiently
  • Experience in team management and supervision
