The Role
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a
Property Litigation Solicitor 1-5 years PQE to progress within a highly successful team at this
Top 50 firm in the
City of London.
The Real Estate Litigation team of this Top 50 law firm deliver a high-quality legal service and are
highly ranked in the Legal 500 for this area of law.
This role will include exposure to highly topical fire safety related issues for a large fund as well as a range of other work, in both
commercial and residential real estate litigation.
You'll have plenty of support in this post - on top of fee earners supportiing each other, the team is assisted by outstanding knowledge lawyers and dedicated support staff.
- Commercial landlords and some tenants
- Investors.
- Developers.
- Ground rent and other residential landlords.
- Social Housing organisations; and
- Private individuals.
You will receive an excellent level of exposure and given the team's planned growth you will benefit from organic prospects for progression.
Requirements:

England & Wales qualified solicitor 1-5 years PQE:
- Significant experience in property disputes
- Excellent technical knowledge with a clear commercial focus
- Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects
