The role:
- Building and leading a team of Recruitment Consultants
- Recruiting, training, developing and mentoring staff members
- Working in a 360degree recruitment role
- You will be responsible in leading efforts to establish and retain business growth opportunities as well as primarily obtaining new clients and fostering business relationships to increase revenue from sales
- Assessing team performance
- Following up on client leads
- Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business
- Selling products and services in person and over the phone
- Being aware of market trends and competitors
- Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires coworkers and clients to grow the business
- Building relationships with new clients
Person specification:
You are an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who has a track record of delivering revenue through placements
- You are an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who has a track record of delivering revenue through placements
- Someone who enjoys working in a team environment
- Sales orientated with proven sales ability
- Track record of developing own clients and building a profitable business/branch
- You are a confident selfassured communicator with experience in managing / mentoring teams to meet and exceed targets
