An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join the M-A-C Cosmetics & Bobbi Brown Travel Retailing Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) team has arisen.

This role is based in the Travel Retail EMEA Head Office in London, reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager of the brands.


This position supports the Regional Marketing Manager in the support and execution of Promotional Activities, Digital Campaigns, E-commerce and Events across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, targeting the global travelling consumer.


We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator, with a particular focus on Operations to streamline and optimize our marketing processes.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will manage marketing campaigns, data analysis, and technology integration. Your role involves ensuring the seamless execution of marketing initiatives, tracking performance metrics, and identifying areas for enhancement.

With a focus on efficiency and scalability, you'll play a vital role in driving data-driven decisions, enhancing customer experiences, and maintaining marketing technology systems.

Below are the directional key areas of responsibility.


Trade Plans/ Comercial/Promotional Activities:

Maintain, Manage and Develop Promotional Calendar and collateral in line with activities for all regions. Track and populate results. Manage Samples and GWP's for the brand across the region. Develop Retail tactics that define the occasion or promotional offering.


Digital Media Campaigns:


Coordinate and align with Marketing Executive in collaboration with Travel Retail EMA Corporate Consumer Engagement Team (Digital & Comms function) to support across all Digital Media Campaigns, including completing briefs, managing the development and production of digital assets.

This includes managing external design and translation agencies and internal request platforms (Work front) to develop and gain approval of assets.

- functional relationships and communication to continue to accelerate digital plans across the brands.


Ecommerce/Ecomm Merchandiser:


Work with the corporate Ecommerce team on the launch, manage, and maintenance the brand retailer portfolios specific online boutiques across Travel Retail EMA.

Partner with the Commercial teams to build and activate retailer Digital and Social media partnerships.


Communications/Influencer:

Work closely with the Corporate Consumer Engagement teams on activations on influencer marketing and related events. Provide Briefs, creating tracking and recommendations based on marketing campaigns.


Events:

Support Regional Marketing Manager and TR WW Events Manager on the coordination of events in the region.

Ensure teams are update at store level and further collate feedback from the Operations team with regards to tracking and feeding back results.

The partnership with various departments Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Commercial, Digital and Communications teams in the planning and execution of 360-degree campaigns to support events with its internal, retailer, influencer and promotional across the region.


Qualifications

  • Be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills and prioritize work effectively
  • Be able to work independently when required but also thrives working as part of a team
  • Be able to track, analyse, develop and provide feedback to Regional Marketing Manager based on campaign KPI's and deliverables analytics
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have a Marketing / creative bias is required as well as an understanding of the market and the industry
  • Have demonstrable passion and interest in the beauty market
  • Have project management skills are required along with the ability to meet deadlines, with strong attention to detail
  • Have a flexible and proactive approach is required

  • Intermediate/ SAP desirable
This role is grade 7.
