Mon - Fri £12.26

Sat - Sun £14.71
Sleep ins £9.77

Shift Patterns:
12 hour shifts 8:00pm to 8:00am shifts available

We are a leading national provider, supporting adults and children in the community with medium to long term complex health care needs.

Our client is a young lady who has learning disabilities, nonverbal and Cerebral Palsy. She lives in the Forsbrook, Stoke-On-Trentarea within the grounds of the family home. Your role is to meet her medical, personal care and day-to-day assistance needs. You will work alone and as part of a team, operating on shifts to provide 24/7 care.
Key Responsibilities

All aspects of personal care
Support with communication
Mobility support (hoisted)
Support with nutrition via peg
Support with medication administration
Accessing the community
Support with personal hygiene

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Driving licence and own car ideally
Communication skills
Accessing the community
Help with personal care
Have an encouraging nature to support this Individual emotionally & psychologically
Commit to keeping thorough records
