Optical Practice Manager - Role

  • Lead, direct and motivate the team of 40
  • 9 testing rooms
  • Help manage the daytoday running of the practice
  • Setting and tracking of targets & KPI's
  • Set exemplary standards across all areas on the shop floor
  • Introduce and implement new ideas to help drive the business forward
  • Handle any customer complaints
  • Great support of development
  • Directorship opportunities available
  • Full time position including weekends

Optical Practice Manager - Requirements

  • Previous experience within optics would be an advantage
  • Experienced Assistant Managers looking to take the next step will be considered
  • Drive develop you and those around you
  • Initiative identify new opportunities for growth
  • Communication support those around you, enabling them to be their best

Optical Practice Manager - Salary

  • Salary up to £37,000 DOE
  • Range of additional benefits
  • Free parking onsite
