The Best Connection are currently looking to recruit a
Warehouse & Transport Operative who will assist the Warehouse team with their day-to-day duties and be responsible for organising the planning and delivery of orders to our customers.


Pay rate:

- £10.50p/h, paid weekly


What does the role involve:

The Warehouse & Transport Operative is a site-based role split across Warehouse & Transport.

  • Assisting in receiving, storage, counting of stock also picking and loading of stock in the warehouse & yard
  • Being efficient, accurate and timely managed
  • Schedule the distribution of orders & coordinating with other departments
  • Be a point of contact for drivers ensuring excellent service to customers & branch
  • To maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • This role would suit a motivated, warehouse operative, driver or transport planner who is looking to further develop their skillset.

The shift times:


  • Monday
  • Friday
  • 07.00am pm
  • Confident using PC/WMS systems
  • Experience in warehouse/stores duties and/or transport
  • Good communication skills
  • Selfmotivation, being able to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail with processes also be Health & Safety aware
  • Counterbalance Forklift Licence (Desired. Can be trained)
