PMO Demand and Estimation Lead
Role Overview:
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on
- Acting as a deputy to the PMO Manager when required
- Demand planning and capacity preproject
- Running the demand management meeting and processes for Group IT
- Acting as the liaison point for Business Units and Group Functions through the estimation processes
- Facilitating the amalgamation of Group IT thinking across service owners
- Ensuring potential projects have been overseen by Architecture and Security colleagues, if appropriate
Your previous experience is likely to include.
- Working in and maturing a complex, fastmoving PMO with internal, external and augmented resource teams
- Initiating planning of projects including resource (internal and external), services and thirdparty costs
- Acting as a supplier to other Business Functions
- Use of a PPM platform
To be successful in this role you will
- Hold relevant professional qualifications, or be qualified by experience
- Be an excellent relationship builder with stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrate leadership and team management skills, including excellent interpersonal capabilities
- Be a problemsolver
- Show financial awareness of project costings
