Delaware North UK are hiring for casual Concessions Team Leaders at Wembley Stadium in London.

This role is offered on a casual worker agreement basis with most events taking place at weekends and/or in the evening.

As our team member, you'll receive:

  • Competitive weekly pay starting from £15 / hour

Responsibilities:


  • Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated team, demonstrating exceptional customer service and handling of concerns, while training team members and supporting the development of skill and performance
  • Collaborate and coordinate across departments for efficient operational flow
  • Enforce appropriate health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines, maintaining Delaware North's policies and standards of excellence
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, organise rotation, and order as necessary

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for duration of shift
  • Comfortable handling various alcohol and certain meat products

Hourly Maximum Rate:
GBP £15.
