We are excited to share with you the opportunity to offer an ACP development position within the Evening and Night Service.

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your clinical skills and support your colleagues and the Organisation with the roll out of the ageing well agenda, with this role prioritising supporting the team to prepare for the advent of virtual wards.

You will need to demonstrate the essential clinical skills, with evidence of on-going continuing professional development, and recent study.

You will be a team player and role model good behaviour.

You will have a positive attitude and be able to act on feedback and demonstrate and give an understanding of the importance of good time management and organisational skills.


You will be joining a team of Senior community nurses to lead and support providing excellent care, caseload management and staff support.

As an experienced practitioner you will have completed the Advanced Assessment Skills and Non-Medical Prescribing (V300) modules.
