**We are looking for a male
support worker to work in our Greenwich community services based in New Eltham. You'll be working with an autistic adult and their family in a range of environments that support the service users' needs.


Your role includes:


  • Helping individual achieve independence and personal goals
  • Supporting and transporting individuals' to integrate into the community
  • Develop individuals' life skills, vocational, educational and creative skills
  • Help provide exercise, leisure and recreational opportunities
  • Transforming lives and achieving results for Autistic Adults

A full UK driving licence and ability to drive an automatic car is essential. Familiarity to New Eltham and surrounding area is also essential in order to help individual's access the community. Sleep - ins are paid at an additional premium of £50 per night and will be required as a part of this role.


Ideally, you will have a background in supporting autistic people if not, we have a fantastic training programme that will get you on your way to achieving a fulfilling job that will beat most out there.


The service offers a varied working pattern over a seven-day rota which includes weekends, nights and bank holidays to suit your work/life balance.
