Job Title:
Placements Coordinator


Reports to:
Company Manager and Assistant Company Manager


Salary:
£23,000


Working Hours:40 hours per week including evening and weekends

You will be responsible for supporting the Placements operations of the company.

You will ensure the timely and accurate placement of staff with our customers and ensuring that our responses are timely and professional.


You will be able to problem solve, have a clear eye for detail, be driven and flexible in the pursuit to hit targets and grow the company successfully.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure you always work in a collaborative and positive manner, adhering to the company's The Q2 Way and Company Handbook.
  • You will ensure that the Placements process is manned and always supported as required by the business need.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that the placement of staff across the company is always carried out robustly.
  • You will ensure that the company placement process is carried out in accordance with all compliance standards.
  • You will ensure you build professional and collaborative relationships with our clients.
  • You will ensure feedback is obtained from our Clients on the performance of our staff and the Group.
  • You will be aware of Group targets and where the performance relative to those targets.
  • You will ensure that all Group reporting tools are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner as required to the Company Manager.
  • You will ensure that you implement and review operational policies and procedures.
  • You will ensure you promote a company culture that encourages top performance in line with the company's Ethos & Values.
  • Work with stakeholders as directed by the Company Manager.
  • Support the oversight of budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing as necessary.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations as required.
  • Work with the Company Manager and Assistant Company manager in fulfilling the Group strategy as set by the company directors.
  • Support the Company manager where required in improving processes and policies in support of organisational goals. Implement departmental and organisational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance.
  • Monitor, manage and suggest improvements in the efficiency of support services such as IT for example.
  • You will collaboratively and positively support the Company Manager in delivering Strategic Goals as set down by the directors. Where required liaise with top management. Implement and manage operational plans.
  • Be comfortable with complexity, be able to simplify it and present to the senior management team with confidence and accuracy.
  • Support the Company manager on strategic projects and policies.
  • Meet with the Company Manager to help create sales and marketing strategies and support the process of rolling them out.
  • Other reasonable duties as requested.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build a strong rapport with all personality types.
  • Proven track record in people management and driving team performance in an engaged way.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work towards targets.
  • Data driven and focused.
  • Computer literate (working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite)

Salary:
£23,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • BROADSTAIRS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
