2nd Line Support Engineer | London | up to £27,000
We are currently looking for
IT Support Engineers to be based in our clients' London office.

For this role, you will be working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Our client is an award winning, friendly & progressive service provider with locations in the USA, UK & Asia.

THE BASICS:

THE PRE-REQUISITES:

If you have a couple of years' experience in an IT support capacity, with a good knowledge of
Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Office 365, VPN and Microsoft Exchange, with an understanding of tape and online backup utilities we'd like to hear from you ASAP.

Individuals with experience of
file servers and
distribution lists and excellent customer service and communication skills, are likely to receive an
immediate interview request.
