Flamingo Flowers and Plants - Spalding

Team Leader
To co-ordinate the activities and requirements of a team at our plants site in Spalding acting as first point of contact and liaison for other Team Leaders, Technical department, Stock Control, Planning, Engineering and Senior Management

  • Ability to deal with and resolve issues to ensure the smooth and effective running of the factory
  • Team player that works well as part of a skilled team
  • General computer skills required Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of ERP systems desirable
  • A strong confident problemsolving approach is required
  • A people person with communications a key skill

Day shift 08:00 - 16:30 Sunday to Thursday / Monday to Friday on a rota basis
