Job description:


The People Partner delivers proficient strategic and technical HR guidance to empower leaders and management teams to effectively oversee their workforce, drive organisational change, and achieve business objectives.

This role reports directly to the Chief People Experience Officer.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as a coach, partner and confidant to managers and leaders in the organisation on all things peoplerelated, such as performance management, employee relations and resolution, job levelling processes, and organisational development.
  • Engage on employee relations issues to provide context, create a plan in conjunction with peers, and keep managers apprised of the status as needed.
  • Learn legal requirements related to the daytoday management of team members, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with management and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Partner with team members globally to ensure a vibrant and effective workplace.
  • Work hand in hand with our newly formed People Operations team in setting up policies and programs globally, locally and that work within business units.
  • Provide insight on restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Gather data to aid in trend analysis and gain insight to contribute to solutions, programs, and opportunities for learning.
  • Execute companywide talent programs, including performance and compensation reviews.

Qualifications:


  • You have solid experience working in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar role in a fastgrowing and internal environment
  • You speak English fluently

You speak Dutch OR Italian fluently (this role will cover one of these two countries on top of the UK)

  • You have deep knowledge of HR practices and regulations in the UK (Italy or Netherlands would be a plus)
  • You have strong communication skills, written and verbal
