Banding/Grade:
Band 6

Pay Rate:
£27 per hour (assignment rate)

Job Type & Hours:
Locum, 3-month contract, full time.

08:00 am - 16:30 pm or 08:00 am - 18:00 pm, Monday - Sunday, working 37.5 hours a week.

Duties:

Management of long term conditions and palliative care
Search for health needs and working with the core and wider MDT to meet patient needs

Requirements of the District Nursing Deputy Team Lead:

RGN qualified/NMC registered with valid live pin
Recent UK nursing experience
Experience with emis, undertaking assessments, providing holistic care to elderly patients on DN caseload
Aware of safeguarding adults
