Banding/Grade:
Band 6


Pay Rate:
£27 per hour (assignment rate)


Job Type & Hours:
Locum, 3-month contract, full time.

08:00 am - 16:30 pm or 08:00 am - 18:00 pm, Monday - Sunday, working 37.5 hours a week.

Duties:


  • Management of long term conditions and palliative care
  • Search for health needs and working with the core and wider MDT to meet patient needs

Requirements of the District Nursing Deputy Team Lead:

  • RGN qualified/NMC registered with valid live pin
  • Recent UK nursing experience
  • Experience with emis, undertaking assessments, providing holistic care to elderly patients on DN caseload
  • Aware of safeguarding adults
