Neurology Patient Pathway Tracker hours per week
The post holder will play an integral part in the achievement of National and Local targets specific to the Neurology Department.
Providing administrative support in the provision of active pathway monitoring throughout the patients journey providing support to clinicians, management and clerical staff to ensure patients are provided with equal access to the service.
Ensure accurate information is stored about patients and pathways and that this information is checked and updated regularly.
To work as a member of the Neurology Team and to support the Neurology Team Lead in implementing the data quality improvement and RTT pathway strategy by identifying and resolving data quality and RTT issues within the electronic patients record EMIS Web.
The post holder will undertake validation exercises to test compliance and provide assurance on the quality of data used in measurement of internal indicators.
The post holder may at times also provide administration support to the wider Neurology service. This will include all aspects of general admin as and when required.At NCIC, we have an ambition to deliver outstanding hospital and health services to half a million people.

Disclosure and Barring Service:

Standard Check:
£18 + Administration cost of £3.85 = £21.85. Deducted at £6.85 from 1st month salary and £5 deducted from salary over following 3 months.
Enhanced Check:
£38 + administration cost of £3.90 = £41.90. Deducted at £11.90 from 1st month salary and £10 deducted from salary over following 3 months.
