TEXO Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a specialist in the, design and manufacturing of polymer-based product solutions, based in Aberdeen.

Our client is searching for an experienced Admin Assistant to provide support to the Document, Projects and Engineering teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to work within a Document Control environment.


Duties include:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Document Control objectives
  • Establish and maintain open lines of communication to ensure objectives are met and develop good working relationships
  • Use and comply with the company Systems, processes and tools challenge and improve our management systems, processes and tools.
  • Actively promote and encourage continual improvement seek best practices and identify improvements from within and externally.
  • Encourage collaboration and sharing across the organisation communicate information, seek feedback and act accordingly.
  • Provide day to day administrative support to the Document Control, Projects, and Engineering teams.
  • Generate Subsea Test Centre Reports
  • Liaise with third party inspectors
  • Data entry
  • ECDL (European Computer Driver License)
  • Secretarial studies
  • Have an understanding of Microsoft packages.
This is a full-time, permanent roll offering an immediate start.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
