TEXO Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a specialist in the, design and manufacturing of polymer-based product solutions, based in Aberdeen.
Our client is searching for an experienced Admin Assistant to provide support to the Document, Projects and Engineering teams.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to work within a Document Control environment.
Duties include:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Document Control objectives
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication to ensure objectives are met and develop good working relationships
- Use and comply with the company Systems, processes and tools challenge and improve our management systems, processes and tools.
- Actively promote and encourage continual improvement seek best practices and identify improvements from within and externally.
- Encourage collaboration and sharing across the organisation communicate information, seek feedback and act accordingly.
- Provide day to day administrative support to the Document Control, Projects, and Engineering teams.
- Generate Subsea Test Centre Reports
- Liaise with third party inspectors
- Data entry
- ECDL (European Computer Driver License)
- Secretarial studies
- Have an understanding of Microsoft packages.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
