Artemis Human Capital is working with this leading professional services company based in Belfast to hire a Finance Assistant.


This is an exciting opportunity for an early career Finance Assistant to join a vibrant global professional services business and gain valuable experience as part of a dynamic finance function.

Typical duties:


  • Prepare and distribute intercompany invoices accurately and on time, ensuring all necessary checks are completed.
  • Review invoices for accuracy and tax compliance.
  • Process payment forms and update records accordingly.
  • Review and follow up on overdue interfirm balances.
  • Maintain accounting files and reconcile VAT records monthly.
  • Develop and maintain account reconciliations between ledgers.
  • Monitor various accounts to ensure reconciliation at all times.
  • Liaise with other Group accounting staff and provide training on processes.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed, including auditrelated tasks.

Your experience:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Detailoriented and highly organized.
  • Dedicated to delivering excellence and meeting deadlines.
  • Flexible and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Pay:
£20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
