Project Coordinator
Artesia is a dynamic and forward-looking consultancy providing services based around extensive data science and water industry experience. We are based in Yate, just 10 miles from central Bristol and right next to Yate railway station.

We wish to appoint a Project Coordinator to assist in the delivery of a wide range of data science and consulting projects for our water industry customers.
Working with data science and industry project leads your role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our projects by dealing with day-to-day project management issues, ensuring key project information is kept up to date, milestones are achieved, and resources and scheduling are maintained to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with resource management and flagging potential resource conflicts using our project management tools.
- Support relevant team members to drive project delivery, meet client needs and invoice on schedule.
- Maintain project documentation, for example risk registers and project reviews.
- Maintain up to date and accurate information on project progress, actions, and milestones.
- Collate accurate and timely information across projects, making it available to relevant team members.
- Provide regular updates to clients.
- Arrange internal and external project meetings (including accurate minute taking).
- Managing regular project reviews with project team members to review project scope, budgets, and scheduling. Flag potential issues to senior management.
Key Skills and experience:
- An understanding of project management principles, methods, and processes.
- Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement.
- Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and managing a high workload with conflicting priorities.
- Possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience of working in dynamic and fastpaced environments.
- Experience in cloudbased project management tools.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office 36
- Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Benefits
This is a permanent position, Monday
- Friday 37.5 hours per week (flexible working around core hours). This role is a hybrid role, depending on the projects requirements.
