ACCOUNT MANAGER
£24,000 to £28,000 pa plus commission plus benefits

G-Force has an ambitious business expansion strategy and we are looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to join our professional team in Adderbury in Banbury.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for either current Account Managers within the recruitment industry or Recruitment Consultants who are looking for a new challenge.

We need you to have a positive and enthusiastic attitude with a real interest in building a rewarding and successful career within the recruitment industry.

What is required in this job?

Professionally managing client portfolios and managing your resourcing and administration support team
Undertaking inductions and support training schedules, medicals, doing site tours and conducting onsite checkins
Management of weekly KPI's and attending management meetings to discuss improvements and celebrate successes
Undertaking returntowork interviews and exit interviews as required

Providing you with leads from our Business Development Team so that you are free to focus on building relationships and servicing your clients
