Our Producers are important to bringing our game vision to life, working with our accomplished group of developers to produce engaging experiences that our customers will love.


Responsibilities:


  • Reporting to the Senior Producer you will manage the daily work of the crossdiscipline special projects team, including running daily meetings, resolving impediments and planning and scheduling of work.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to develop and then implement development plans that align with our franchise goals.
  • Be the guardian of progress within agreed tolerance and propose plans in tandem with the developers on how to resolve challenges
  • Work with internal and external partners to ensure the delivery of any products and updates following the agreed schedules.
  • Work with developers to present progress of deliverables at review meetings, taking full accountability for product status.
  • Report to the main project stakeholders on progress and issues.
  • Maintain all project documentation and information resources relating to your responsibilities.
  • Provide regular updates of project progress to the wider development team.

Here's what you will need:


  • Recent project management experience in the gaming (or equivalent) sector with a crossdiscipline team of developers.
  • Experience delivering work through all phases of the software lifecycle.
  • Experience delivering positive outcomes to customers.
  • The ability to handle multiple ongoing streams of work.
  • To have shipped at least 2 software titles.
