About Our Client:

My client is part of the Public Sector as an well established Education organisation.

They provide high standards of teaching and resources to students at a range of ages which also includes specialist curriculum for students.


The key responsibilities of a Procurement
Officer will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Support tenders and request for quotation
  • Carry out financial checks and investigate references for potential suppliers
  • Support the efficient and systematic procurement of goods and services
  • Support the Procurement Manager on tasks
  • Populate contract templates
  • Create tender exercises
  • Management of specific suppliers and contracts
  • Drafting / reviewing internal documentation for tender specification.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Public Sector and Government background
  • Education sector desirable
  • 3+ years working within provision of public sector procurement administrative services
  • Strong communicator
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Great analytical and problem solving skills
  • Copyright and intellectual property experience would be highly advantageous
  • Computer literate
