Extra Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Sales Order Administrator for their client in Walsall. Our client is looking for someone who is has previous experience in a Sales Order Administration role. The role will be office based.

To be a successful Sales Order Administrator you will need to:
Have previous experience within a similar sale role.

Have exemplary English communication skills.

Have good time management to process orders in a timely manner.

Able to work on own initiative.

Able to build relationships.

Have experience as working part of a team within an office environment carrying out office-based duties.

Details of a Sales Order Administrator:
£30,000.00

Monday to Friday

Permanent

Sales Order Administrator duties will include:
Accurately processing orders within a timely and efficient manner.

Ensure all sales orders are checked to ensure they are correct to quote/system.

Helping to clear invoice queries to ensure timely payment.

Liaising with internal departments (Operations, Procurement & Engineering) on order queries.

Processing sales invoices and creating credit notes.

Creating customer statements ready for credit control.

General financial administration,

General office administration duties.
