Phoenix is a well-established independent HGV, LGV and Trailer Maintenance company with a hard-working ethic.Our business is constantly growing and developing as we acquire more exclusive contracts.
We are looking for an experienced Invoice Clerk that is reliable & highly organised and self-motivated, proactive and that can multi-task.
Duties and Responsibilities
Good Telephone manner and welcoming
Dealing with Invoices, PO's and paperwork
Inputting supplier invoices
Effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally with staff internally and externally.
Flexible and positive approach to changing circumstances and priorities.
Computer literacy skills including experience on Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise own workload
General administrative duties (Filing, scanning. etc)
Work closely alongside colleagues to provide them with key information
Working Hours pm
Monday - Friday
Pay:
From £25,000.00 per year
