Responsibilities:
- Supporting HR administration as advised by the Commercial HVAC UK HR Partner.
- Assist with recruitment end to end processes including contract management, data input and onboarding queries.
- Knowledge of data analytics and trends able to produce data and be advanced at Microsoft Excel and Office 360 platforms.
- Assist HR Partners with HR queries across the UK Commercial HVAC teams in a professional manner.
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies and Employee Relation matters an advantage as will be assisting HR Partner with case management and the complete employee lifecycle.
- Understanding of controls in a confidential environment
- Assist with audits of HR programs and external audit requirements.
- Processing of HR administrative duties such as employee data files, scanning, file management
- Other activities when needed such as HR projects, employee engagement and benefit renewals.
- This is a 1 year fixed term contract based in Totton, near to Southampton.
Key Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizations skills and attention to detail
- Working understanding of human resources, principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a highpaced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
- Peoplesoft, Taleo and HR systems knowledge an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship with both internal and external customers.
- Dependability and confidentiality a must.
