How you will create an impact

The Global Quality Assurance team is looking to recruit a talented individual with experience in handling Property, Marine and Energy claims
Your primary responsibility would be to perform claim file reviews to evaluate Best Practices compliance and claim handling improvement opportunities
You would also complete quality reviews on all files within program guidelines
Organising and executing Benchmark reviews as a Team Lead

What you'll need to succeed

We'd love to hear from people with proven claims experience handling Property &/or Marine claims with knowledge of other Specialty lines being of benefit
Excellent awareness of industry practices surrounding Claims Handling
Experience in Claims analysis and audit are desirable.
Additional language skills, French and/or German would be advantageous
