Teaching personnel are recruiting a science teacher to work in the central London area. The job role will begin on the 28th February and last up until the end of the academic year.

The job will begin on a temporary contract with a chance, after the two termsin the school, to be taken on a full-time school-based contract.

The school are looking for an individual who is comfortable dealing with a variety of class behaviours. Experience of behaviour management has been quoted as a must by the school, knowledge of this will be compulsory. The school is located in central Manchesterand its population is reflected by the community it sits in. There are several languages spoken from pupils making the classroom a good challenge to work in.

The school is part of a trust of schools in the greater Manchester area, which aim to improve thelives and credentials of pupils across the UK.

  • Payments are made directly into the teachers bank account a week in arrears.


To commute to the school, there I access via the motorway including main roads which connect the school to the surrounding boroughs of Manchester.

If travelling by public transport, there are tube, bus and train links which connect the school to the restof the city.

These are all within a 10-minute walk of the school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
