Darlington/Stockton

£30,000 plus £3000 Car Allowance

We are currently recruiting for a Service Manager for one of the UK's leading complex care at home providers, operating in the
Darlingtonand
Stockto nareas.

Joining this large community complex care provider, you will be responsible for organising the delivery of services to people with learning disabilities and autism within the community, through a team of support workers and team leaders.

Purpose of the role:

Ensuring the service delivers the highest standard of care through flexibility and reliability, maintaining the values set by the company and maintaining compliance standards around the clientfocused care
Setting up services for new clients and coordinating the process in a timely and thorough manner and continuing to provide the best possible service to maintain the relationship with the client
Working in association with the Head of Learning Disabilities and Autism, the Service Manager will ensure the service is meeting all the needs of the client whilst meeting all regulatory standards
The service manager will be responsible for each service user's designated teams, taking full leadership in ensuring the service is operating at it's best, and it's most efficient way
Build and maintain the best possible relationship with key stakeholders across the business and beyond
