We are looking for a highly reliable, motivated administrator with good communication skills.Interactive Healthcare Training offers online training courses aimed at the health and social care market.
Your duties will include:
- Customer service helping customers with basic technical problems, training clients on using the platform and resolving client issues with their accounts
- Account management ensuring that our clients are kept up to date with developments, and retaining their business
- Client retention and lead generation. On boarding new clients.
Experience in an office environment would be required, with a good telephone manner and high reliability being key to this role.
A high degree of computer literacy and technical skills in order to understand the platform would be required, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
