Description
We are looking for a highly reliable, motivated administrator with good communication skills.

Interactive Healthcare Training offers online training courses aimed at the health and social care market.


Your duties will include:

  • Customer service helping customers with basic technical problems, training clients on using the platform and resolving client issues with their accounts
  • Account management ensuring that our clients are kept up to date with developments, and retaining their business
  • Client retention and lead generation. On boarding new clients.


Experience in an office environment would be required, with a good telephone manner and high reliability being key to this role.


A high degree of computer literacy and technical skills in order to understand the platform would be required, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products.

£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
