**Head of Customer Success - Software- SaaS

About the Role
Our client, a rapidly expanding and market leading ticketing and event management platform is looking for an experienced Head of Customer Success to play a key role for this software business as they enter the next stage of growth.
They will create proactive strategies, negotiating, leading relationships and ultimately ensuring their customers reap the benefits of working with themand never want to leave.
The role will report directly to the CRO.Main responsibilities
- Manage existing customer relationships and pipeline renewal
- Facilitate regular discussions with clients to discuss their needs and goals and make recommendations about how they can best be met
- Prepare detailed reports on the status of clients and create strategies for growth
- Present and review quarterly / monthly meetings
- Crosssell and upsell their products to drive customer growth
- Experience of growing and leading teams
- Nurture key relationships internally product team, BD team, COO, CTO etc.
About you
You will also have experience of working in entrepreneurial companies that have scaled up rapidly.
Experience in high-growth B2B technology/ SaaS/ software industry will be a significant advantage and allow you to succeed it this role.
Our client is rapidly expanding, therefore preparedness to be involved at a detailed and daily level is important.To this end we envisage that the ideal attitude and attributes required may have been gained across both large and small employer environments.
An entrepreneurial outlook is critical.Must-have
- 5 + years' experience of customer/ client success in a highgrowth B2B technology / SaaS business / software business.
- Experience within a startup, scale up, fast growth SME or investor backed business.
- An entrepreneurial outlook.
- Proven experience of revenue growth, strategic account management and successful business growth
- Ideally a combined background of postsales and sales experience
- Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
- Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Experience in the entertainment, ticketing or a related sector is not critical but would be a nice to have, as would international experience.
