Job Summary:
As a Sales Operations Lead at Nixplay, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the performance of our sales team.
You will be responsible for overseeing sales processes, implementing strategies, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the sales department operates smoothly and achieves its goals.
This position will report to the Head of Marketing & Sales, who reports to the CEO.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Ops expansion into new global 3P channels
- Take over our limited Bricks & Mortar Retail sales Ops with Walmart (150 stores)
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels to ensure products are consistently in stock and available for customers.
- Work with our nascent sales rep firm in Europe
- Sales Process Optimization: Review and enhance the sales processes, workflows, and methodologies to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and insights to support decisionmaking.
- Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with sales leaders to develop accurate sales forecasts, track progress against targets, and make adjustments as needed.
- Sales Technology: Evaluate, implement, and manage sales technology tools and systems (e.g., sales automation) to streamline operations and support sales teams.
- Sales Strategy: Work closely with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and initiatives.
- Sales Analytics: Build and maintain sales dashboards and analytics to provide realtime insights into sales performance.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of strategies, goals, and processes.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage Sales operations support team in the Philippines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years of work experience.
- Proven experience in sales operations or a related role.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detailoriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving sales and profitability goals.
- Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
