The company:

Exceptional House Builder specialising in East Anglia and Essex.


The role:

Sales Manager to manage sites across Suffolk/ Norfolk and manage team of sales consultants.


Main duties:


  • Weekly visits to all sites
  • Supporting the sales consultants to sell
  • Tracking and reviewing the progress of new and existing leads
  • Induction, training and ongoing coaching of both existing and new Sales Consultants
  • Ensuring sites, sales areas and show homes are presented to the highest standards.
  • Plan and execute launches
  • Have strong knowledge of local competitors, their marketing activity and market conditions
  • Attending marketing meetings as required, making observations and recommendations

The person:


  • Experienced Sales Manager
  • Must come from a house builder background.

Package:

- £75k OTE, including £60k basic, plus £7k car allowance.
