The Company
Our client is a global investment management company who provide direct real estate investment opportunities to institutional investors.

Job Purpose

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will assist in the delivery of high quality marketing strategies and campaigns across a range of channels for the investment manager and their affiliated property companies.

The role will work closely alongside theBusiness Development team, company Directors and their operating partners.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain collateral to support the business's objectives and raise brand awareness. This includes creating pitchbooks, presentations, factsheets, whitepapers, brochures, videos etc.
Working with Adobe products to produce material as well as external agencies to manage the creation process.
Assist and run UK events for the company and its operating partners.
Website update and development.
Content creation for the company and operating partners website and social media channels.
Writing press releases and blogs for key business and fund updates.
CRM management (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot) including reporting, website integration and contact management.
Previous marketing experience essential.
Extensive experience using Salesforce, Pardot and Adobe InDesign is essential.
Interest in the Real Estate sector.
Great organisational skills with attention to detail.

Remuneration
Basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000, dependant on experience, plus benefits and competitive bonus potential.
